Online orders are pressed and delivered Mondays and Fridays.

Pickup from Juice Quest by 2:30pm

To get your order delivered:

Order by Sunday 12pm → Delivery Monday
Order by Thursday 12pm → Delivery Friday

Not home? Leave your cooler bag out in the shade with an ice pack. We cannot leave your juice unless it's chilled.

Keep it fresh, pop your juice in the fridge as soon as you get your hands on it.

Our raw juices and cleanses must be enjoyed within 5 days — check the use-by date on the box.

FAQs

What if I miss the cut-off?
No stress — your order will roll over to the next available delivery day.

What time will my juice arrive?
Delivery typically happens between 12-4 PM. We’ll SMS you when your order is on the way.

Do I need to be home for delivery?
Not necessarily. If you’re not home, please leave out a cooler bag or an esky with ice to keep your juice fresh.

How should I store my juice once it arrives?
Refrigerate immediately. Our juices are raw and unpasteurised, so they need to stay cold.

How long does the juice stay fresh?
Our raw juices must be consumed within 5 days of delivery. Check the use-by date printed on each box.

Can I pick up instead of delivery?
Yes! You can choose HQ pick-up at checkout. Pick-ups are available Monday to Friday before 2:30 PM from 18 Vintage Road, Underdale.

What if something’s wrong with my order?
Let us know within 2 hours of receiving it and we’ll sort it. Email or call us during business hours and we’ll make it right.

Can my order be a gift to someone else?
Of course! Just ensure that the shipping address reflects the address of the person who you want to send the gift to.
